John sits down with production manager Meesha Kosielek, who toured with Martina McBride for seventeen years before joining Cole Swindell on tour, and currently works as a Promoter Rep for Messina Touring Group and is the Production Manager for Eric Church. Meesha discusses how every tour you work on requires a different set of skills, the difficulty of leaving a tour you love and sometimes withholding your opinion for the greater good.
